Linkr-LT2 Alarm Alerts

With last 6 of the serial number the unit can be located in the system and an Initialize command can be sent to clear and reset alert status.
ShawnC or MikeT might be able to send command from Admin site if unit was activated with Omega App.
AutoMobility can send command to any device. Send email request to help@mycarcontrols.com to have command sent.
2022 APP UPDATE allows end user to select "input alarm detection" on or off.

Go to T-Mobile site and enter customers zip code.
T-Mobile Coverage Map

Excellent signal = 4G LTE on T-Mobile network. Mostly in major cities.
Good signal = 4G LTE on T-Mobile network. Mostly in major cities.
Fair signal = 3G Fallback on AT&T network. Mostly outside major cities.
Partner = 3G Fallback on AT&T network. Mostly in remote locations.
AT&T fallback has been known to have poor to no operation

App secret features

Change Protocol - Press and hold the protocol icon in the config screen for 5 - 6 seconds. Warning will appear confirming you are going to make a change, choose "OK".
Changing dealer number -in the dealer number screen tap the Linkr logo 5 - 7 times quickly.

ProCom Brand ID using M2M Suite

Look in the "History" of the device in question. The first account the device is placed in determine the brand.
100001 = Rockford CDMA (discontinued)
100002 = AutoMob
100003 = Visions
100004 = Kia
100007 = Voxx CarLink
100008 = Omega (includes 100006-Linkr & 100009-Tele-Connect)
